What this site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. Short, because the site collects very little.

Who I am
This site, sommdigi.com, belongs to SOMM DIGI LLC, a company registered in Delaware, USA, run by Alper Billik. In this policy, "I", "me" and "SOMM DIGI" mean the same.
For anything about your data, email info@sommdigi.com. I answer myself.
When you send the Work with me form
I receive what you type and choose: your name, email and position, your brand, its kind and location, your website or Instagram, what you want to do, your expected budget, and your note. I also see the country your request came from.
I use it for one thing: to reply to you and to prepare for our conversation. I don't add you to a mailing list and I don't sell or share your details for marketing.
Your request is emailed to me and saved in a private database that only I can open. I keep it while we are talking or working together, and afterwards as a record of that work. Ask me and I will delete it.
Counting visits
The site counts its own visits so I can see how many people come, which pages they open and where they came from (for example Google or Instagram).
It uses no cookies and stores no IP address. For each visit it keeps the page, the site you came from, a campaign tag if the link had one, your country, the kind of device (phone, tablet or computer) and an anonymous code that changes every day. That code lets me count one visitor once a day; it cannot follow you from one day to the next, and it does not tell me who you are.
If your browser sends "Do Not Track", nothing is counted.
Amazon links
Some links go to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. When you follow such a link, Amazon may set its own cookies to know the visit came from this site. I don't receive your details from Amazon.
Who helps me run the site
Vercel hosts the site. Supabase stores the form requests and the visit counts. Resend delivers the form email to me. Each handles the data only to provide that service. Some of them may store data in the United States or other countries.
Your rights
You can ask me to see, correct or delete what I hold about you, or to stop using it. Email info@sommdigi.com and I will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is about wine and is meant for adults of legal drinking age. It is not aimed at children, and I don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If what the site collects changes, I update this page and the date above it.
